4 scouts and 3 adults participated in My Park Day on Saturday, Oct. 5, in a city wide effort to help our local parks. Troop 570 is partnered with a local HOA, Valley View HOA, to assist Valley View Park, a local community park, with various cleanup projects. We spread mulch, picked up trash, and trimmed branches on the nature trail.
Update: We got a certificate from the event! Nothing in boy scouts is official without the certificate.
