Inaugural Soap Box Derby Races Off To A Quick Start!

On Saturday, February 6, Troop 570 conducted its first ever (or at least in recent memory) soap box derby races at Dallas’ renowned Flag Pole Hill near White Rock Lake. The troop worked with over a dozen Webelos scouts from Packs 570 and 895 to construct and race four (4) cars. They are looking forward to improving on the designs for next year and taking them to the next level with complete fuselages and better seating.
